Jaw crusher for gypsum powder production line  is typically used as primary  crushers, or the first step in the production line. It is composed of bracket; jaw; eccentric shaft; jaw plate; spring, etc.

Before delivery, the equipment is treated for anti-corrosion. Small parts and electric motor will be put into wooden cases; while the large parts are wrapped by plastic sheet.

Application

Jaw crusher is widely used to crush medium sized granularity of different ores and bully materials in mining, metallurgy, building materials, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemical industries. The highest compressive strength of the crushed materials reaches 320Mpa.

Working principle

The dynamic jaw (moving from side to side) is hung on the mandrel. When the eccentric shaft is turning, its connecting rod moves up and down, which also drives the two thrust plates to do the same movement. Then the dynamic jaw moves from side to side to realize crushing and discharging.
